FAQ

General

Do you accept walk-ins?

Absolutely! We invited you to stop by our salon anytime you like. Appointments are encouraged, but if you don’t mind a small wait or perhaps no wait at all, please walk-in, and we will provide you with our outstanding Five Star service.

What should I do if I can’t make my appointment?

Please call us as soon as you are aware that you need to change your appointment and we will kindly make you a new appointment at a more convenient time. Try to inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment so that we have time to fill your timeslot.

Can I use my phone while I’m in your salon and spa?

It’s essential to pay attention during the manicure and pedicure process, so you are aware of what is occurring. If you need to use your phone, we ask that you do so in a way that does not make noise. If you are waiting for services, we ask that you not take calls inside the salon because it may disturb other guests.

Can I bring food and beverages into your salon and spa?

We do not allow food inside of the salon for safety and health reasons. If you bring a drink, we ask that it be in a closed container, and you dispose of it properly when you are finished.

Can I bring my nail color for you to use?

Yes! You are welcome to bring your color, and we will gladly use it

Manicure

Why should I choose to get nail enhancements?

Nail enhancements are very popular. There are many styles to choose from and different designs as well to suit everyone’s personality and style. Enhancements also allow you to have long and elegant nails if your natural nails will not grow long enough for your preference.

Which type of enhancements should I choose?

Your selection of enhancements is entirely based on your personality and preference. If you are having trouble deciding, we encourage you to visit our salon and our friendly staff will be happy to show you the different options and discuss each with you. There is no pressure, and you can choose whichever you like best.

How is a French manicure different from an American manicure?

The French manicure uses a soft pink for your nails and a white tip, which creates contrast. The American manicure is less dramatic and uses a very pale white color on the tips.

Can I scrape or peel my nail polish off?

No! Doing so is harmful to your nail beds. We encourage you to come in and allow us to remove the polish for you carefully. If you must remove it at home, use a small amount of nail polish remover. If you have gel nails, please allow a professional to remove the gel for you safely. Removing it on your own can significantly harm your nails.

Pedicure

How frequently should I get a pedicure?

We suggest getting a pedicure once every two weeks to help your toenails and feet stay healthy. Unfortunately, bacteria and fungus can grow on feet, but routine pedicures can prevent this. At the very least, you should have a pedicure at least once a month.

I believe that I have an ingrown toenail. Can you help me?

Yes! We provide safe and comfortable services to remove ingrown toenails.

Is it okay to wax my legs before a pedicure?

We recommend that you don’t wax your legs before a pedicure as doing so may cause an infection. Waxing creates tiny pores in your skin and it is best to let those close before having a pedicure. The pores should close in two days, and then you can schedule your pedicure.
